Speech & Drama Trainer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver effective English speech and drama lessons, programs, and workshops for students of all ages and levels
2. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with students' needs, interests, and abilities
3. Teach students proper techniques for speaking, articulating, projecting, and expressing themselves effectively
4. Organize and conduct regular assessments and evaluations of students' progress
5. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and performance
6. Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, and district-level speech and drama competitions
7. Collaborate with other trainers, teachers, and staff to ensure that students are receiving a well-rounded education
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their parents/guardians
