What You'll Do:
Sell sponsorship packages for Hurun events, leveraging your sales and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and drive closures.
Research and identify leads for corporate sponsorships, negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, preparing weekly and monthly status reports.
Coordinate sales efforts with the department head, analysing market potential and staying abreast of promotional trends.
Travel as necessary to cultivate relationships and secure sponsorship opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience in event sales and sponsorship, with 0 to 3 years of work experience.
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
Demonstrated leadership abilities to align with Hurun Report's ambitious vision in India.
A "go-getter" attitude with a passion for driving impactful change.
Education:
While we value attitude above all else, candidates with excellent academic qualifications are preferred, as they often demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and dedication.
