Qualifications and Skills
Sponsorship Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in driving sponsorship deals and partnerships.
Event Sales (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in selling event spaces and ensuring maximum occupancy.
Sales: Strong skills in strategizing and executing sales plans to meet targets consistently.
Negotiation: Expertise in negotiating terms and conditions to optimize deal outcomes.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.
Marketing: Capability in promoting and enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Business Development: Aptitude in identifying growth opportunities and integrating innovative solutions to achieve them.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential sponsors, cultivating relationships to ensure a continuous pipeline of sales opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals for events and sponsorships.
Coordinate with marketing and event management teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and satisfaction for both company and sponsor.
Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas within the sponsorship sector.
Maintain and update accurate sales records, tracking client interactions and deals for reporting purposes.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase company offerings effectively.
Ensure meticulous follow-up and customer service, promoting long-term partnerships with sponsors.
