1. Ensure renewal revenue target is met timely
2. Identify the projects that the academy shall participate in based on the revenue model, need of exposure, time commitment to the project, city requirements, and LPD recommendation
3. Make sure that income and expense targets are met
4. Brief the team on documentation, reporting structure, and execution of the plan
5. Take feedback from all stakeholders involved and send a closure report with all details to the Head Office
6. Create a structure that provides optimal utilization of coaches without affecting the age/skill-specific training of players
7. Maintain permissible ratios like PT: FT coaches, and Coach:Player
8. Collate purchasing requirements and fulfill them timely and within the agreed budget for kit order and purchase
9. Ensure that all players in the academy are wearing the BA kit of appropriate size
10. Order new kit stock in time to prevent exhaustion of stock in the city
11. Approve communication, timetable, and payout to external stakeholders like physios and referees
12. Approve payments and ensure payments are made timely to external vendors
13. Maintain a healthy work relationship with all venue partners and schedule occasional meetings to ensure the satisfactory operation of each venue
