Sr. Django And React Developer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and debug web applications using Python and MySQL
2. Integrate backend services with Python/JavaScript-based front-end requirements
3. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to junior developers to help them improve their coding skills
4. Assist in managing, optimizing, and customizing multiple web applications using Django (Python), React, MySQL, Elastic, and PHP
5. Creating and maintaining comprehensive test cases for all possible scenarios to ensure the stability and reliability of the software
6. Deploy code to production servers and monitor server performance and stability
7. Create and maintain technical documentation, flow charts, and videos to ensure efficient project execution

Requirements:

1. Experienced with code review processes, and actively contributing to the overall code quality and performance improvements
2. Actively participating in code refactoring efforts to improve code quality, maintainability, and performance
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
4. Hands-on experience with direct work on production servers, including deployment and monitoring
5. Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
6. Experience in back-end development, supporting database management, server-side development, and CI/CD integration
7. Proficiency in SQL databases, specifically MySQL

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Have 2 years of professional experience in Python and React development
2. BTech/MTech degree in computer science or a related field
