1. Creative ideation & concept development:
a. Develop innovative, path-breaking ideas and creative concepts for events, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry trends.
b. Transform challenging briefs into compelling, out-of-the-box event concepts that wow clients and audiences alike.
c. Conceptualize event-centric themes, storyboards, and event collaterals that effectively communicate the vision for the event.
2. Client presentations & engagement:
a. Create and present engaging pitch presentations to clients for event approval, ensuring the presentation of ideas both visually and verbally.
b. Understand client requirements (for corporate events such as towhalls, award functions, annual day celebrations, employee engagement activities, conferences, seminars, product launches and inaugurations.), propose and present creative solutions, and secure event confirmations.
3. Collaboration with design & creative teams:
a. Work with graphic designers, artists, and other creative professionals to develop themes, 2D/3D layouts, and event set designs.
b. Collaborate closely to develop new event concepts, layouts, and visual elements that stand out and engage the audience.
4. Event planning & coordination:
a. Research new event activities,innovative trends, and vendor options to incorporate into event concepts.
b. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the planning process.
c. Source and recommend suitable event venues (local and outstation) based on client specifications.
d. Oversee sourcing and supply of event merchandise and ensure all necessary resources are available for event execution.
5. Others:
a. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the event industry, ensuring event concepts are fresh, relevant, and engaging.
b. Work alongside the event coordinator to prepare detailed financial reports, ensuring adherence to the event budget.
c. Ensure the availability of required facilities at the event venue and manage logistics to ensure smooth event execution.
d. Oversee the final delivery of the event to ensure it meets the client's expectations in terms of quality, timing, and overall experience.
e. Create a final event completion report and share data points to client.
