Job Duties:
Formulate and establish effective systems and processes for the smooth operation of the solar power plant.
Planned, coordinated, and executed preventive and need-based maintenance activities to ensure the plant's optimal performance.
Monitor and analyze the plant's performance ratio for maximum generation.
Manage and lead a team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement improvements.
Maintain proficiency in electrical and maintenance aspects specific to solar power plants.

Required Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of five years of experience in a similar job role, particularly in the context of ground-mounted solar power plants.
Knowledge:
Should understand solar power plant operations and maintenance in-depth.
Proficiently demonstrate solar power plants' electrical and maintenance aspects.
