Sr. HR Executive Job

Responsibilities:
Develop effective recruitment strategies and plans to attract and hire talent for the organization.
Manage HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, offboarding formalities.
Maintain the HRMS portals to retain the records, time tracking and the leave data of the employees.
Coordinate with departmental managers in analysing HR metrics
Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations and behavioural interviews, to determine their fit for the role and the organization.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring, and continually improve recruitment processes and procedures, as the need arises.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure that the organization has a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Partner with recruitment agencies to ensure that recruitment efforts align with overall business objectives.
Help in coordinating the administrative tasks with the Off-Shore manager at the corporate office.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field.
1+ years of experience in HR Operations and Recruiting roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
