Role and Responsibilities:

Managing and processing the organization's payroll, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Liaising with the HR department to ensure that all new hires and employee changes are properly processed in the payroll system.
Generating and distributing payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll, including tax laws, labour laws, and employment standards.
Resolving any payroll-related issues or discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries related to pay.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries
Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
Skills and Qualifications:

Degree of HR along with payroll experience of 4 years in any of the Industry (preferable IT Exp.) and additional HR training or experience is a plus
Effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills and Should be People oriented and results driven
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, Payroll Software and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Earn certifications in these skills
