1. Managing Google calendars for trainers
2. Managing the LMS(Learning Management System)
3. Monitor the progress of the course and provide feedback to teaching staff if required
4. Student coordination via Calls, Emails, and WhatsApp
5. Actively participate in the planning and development processes within the team
6. Act as a communication channel between the relevant CO, the trainer teaching the course, and the team, informing them on course matters, especially dates, and timings
7. Ensure that the course is being run in accordance with general departmental guidelines
8. Responsible for making reports and presenting them to management
9. Analyze feedback and statistical data and report on the course each week/month
10. Follow up with necessary stakeholders via phone calls and other channels of communication
11. Database management on the NSDC portal
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
2. Multi-tasker
3. Should be well versed with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, GDS, etc.)
4. Knowledge of the WA messenger, ZOOM, and automation email software (GMass, Mail Merge)
5. Written and Verbal communication in the English language is a must
