Technical and functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA PLM business process and system architecture.
Experience in SAP PLM end-to-end configuration, including SAP PLM HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP DMS, SAP BOM, SAP ECM, SAP Classification, and SAP Workflow.
Experience working on integration with 3rd party systems using outbound and inbound EDI messages, IDOCs error handling.
Experience working with SAP PI/PO resources for SAP integration.
Breadth of exposure in SAP other modules.
Proficiency in conversation on various aspects of technology and architecture with business leads and IT leads.
Ability to work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA Implementation projects.
Understanding of SAP Best Practices and certification in SAP S/4 HANA.
Leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
