In this role, you will be responsible for preparing income tax returns for both individuals and corporations. You will engage directly with clients to collect necessary information and clarify any tax or accounting-related questions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Gain experience with federal and state tax returns for estates, trusts, and non-profit organizations.
Complete assigned tasks under supervision with technical accuracy, adhering to budgeted time constraints.
Work closely with the tax team to enhance and improve tax procedures.
Perform basic accounting functions for a diverse client base, primarily using client records (most commonly QuickBooks).
