The STEM Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives that enhance STEM education. The candidate should know current educational standards and best practices in STEM education. Candidates will develop innovative teaching and learning materials, design experiments and activities, conduct outreach and awareness programs, organize outdoor science activities such as educational tours and field trips, and prepare various reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing innovative teaching learning material (TLM), publications, kits, and exhibits.
2. Coordinating with various schools/ centers/ labs and channel partners.
3. Providing technical support and guidance to staff and participants involved in STEM activities.
4. Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of STEM programs and making recommendations for improvements.
5. Demonstrating honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the organization s mission and values.
6. Planning, designing, and conducting different training sessions.
1. The candidate should have the ability to work effectively with team members, facilitating cooperation and collaboration to achieve common goals.
2. The candidate should be proficient in creating detailed documentation and delivering engaging presentations using computer-based tools and software.
3. The candidate should have laboratory-based experience in robotics and electronics knowledge would be an added advantage.
4. The candidate should have a degree in robotics or engineering.
5. The candidate should have great communication and effective writing skills.
