We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Store Assistant to join our team. The Store Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
3. Receiving and processing incoming merchandise shipments, including unpacking, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
4. Assisting with promotional activities and special events as required.
5. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment by working effectively with colleagues and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
Note: Only Immediate joiners are preferred.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers and other retail equipment.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Physical ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to [insert weight] pounds and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
