Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Executive . As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and store operations. This is a mid-level position requiring of experience in store management. The job location is in Chakan, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role
Solid understanding of store management procedures and best practices
Proficient in using store management software, such as SAP or ERP systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Experience in team handling and supervision is preferred
Knowledge of SCM (Supply Chain Management) principles is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and stock movement
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods
Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock availability
Perform regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies
Prepare and update reports on inventory and store operations
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
Train and supervise store staff
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to meet organizational goals
1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
