About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
2. Foster a customer-centric culture among store staff. Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals, motivating the sales team to perform at their best
3. Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure high product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards. Provide regular feedback and coaching to support team members' professional growth
4. Implement and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandising layouts. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper replenishment to meet customer demand
5. Analyze sales performance data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management
