Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for someone with 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales management and customer service within the furniture and lighting industry. The role requires expertise in sales management, customer service, and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills
Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to handle customer enquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Sales Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing sales targets and developing strategies to maximize revenue.
Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of furniture and lighting products to assist customers effectively.
Visual Merchandising: Expertise in presenting the store attractively to increase customer engagement and sales.
Inventory Management: Ability to manage stock levels and order supplies efficiently to meet customer demand.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve business objectives.
Budgeting: Proficiency in managing store budgets and financial planning to optimize resources.
