Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Interior Furniture division. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
Sales management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets through effective strategy and execution.
Product knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of interior furniture products and market trends.
Retail operations (Mandatory skill): Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, including staffing and inventory.
Visual merchandising: Ability to design and execute attractive store layouts that enhance the customer experience.
Inventory management: Proficiency in managing stock levels, order accuracy, and minimizing wastage.
