We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support the Strata Management team in Australia. You will manage day-to-day office tasks, prepare financial reports, and handle accounting operations using Strata Master software.
Key Responsibilities:
General office duties (answering calls, emails, filing, data entry).
Prepare invoices, receipts, statements, and notices for clients.
Maintain and update accounting records.
Reconcile bank transactions, ensuring compliance.
Coordinate with clients on administrative matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in accounting or strata management.
Knowledge of Australian strata legislation is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and Strata Master.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
