3. Manage the front office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors.
4. Coordinate with educational partners to organize workshops, seminars, and other events to support students in their academic and career goals.
5. Keep detailed records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
