Student Counsellor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling inbound, and outbound calls and attending walk-in clients to ensure maximum conversion
2. Staying up to date with universities, courses, entry requirements, scholarships, etc.
3. Attending university training and webinars, Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
4. Conducting webinars and small sessions to prospective students to increase sales
5. Creating reports, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data and working with clients
6. Monitoring customer and client satisfaction
7. Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in study abroad counseling or related fields
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Customer-focused and dedicated to student success
5. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
6. A passion for helping students achieve their study abroad dreams
7. Assessing student profile and counseling students on country procedures, and course requirements as well as suggesting suitable courses
