Student Counsellor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. We receive volumes of inquiries each month. You will be responsible for counseling these inquiries and selling our services, over the phone, by email & in person.
2. A student counselor is responsible for guiding the students regarding their career decisions helping them understand their potential and help to pursue their goals.
3. Helping the students understand their skill sets and provide them with ways to utilize them.
4. Providing information about the various colleges and universities and advising them about various requirement
5. Pre-departure counseling to ensure student expectations are commensurate with reality. Helping the student access the latest location information and on-campus activity schedules.
6. Meet the assigned targets
7. Delivery of outstanding client service which is paramount to not only the success of a case but is intrinsic to the culture and values of the organization.
