1. Work on student counseling with an ed-tech/e-learning organization
2. Work on consultative calls & follow-up calls daily with prospects
3. Fix appointments and conduct regular sessions daily with students
4. Work on developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs
5. Ensure timely reporting to managers
6. Provide one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development
Qualifications:
1. Minimum a bachelor's degree in any stream
2. Good listening and proficient communication skills
3. Patient and friendly personality
4. Candidates should be fluent in English and preferably any one language - Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Kannada
5. Only engineering or computer science graduates are preferred
