We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Student Counselors. This role involves guiding and supporting students throughout their study abroad journey, from selecting the right universities and courses to ensuring successful admission and enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Student Accounts: Take full responsibility for a group of students, including onboarding, personalized counseling, regular follow-ups, and overall account management.
2. University Admissions Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the university admissions process, application cycle, and related requirements.
3. Student Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong, trusted relationship with students, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout their application journey.
4. Application Monitoring: Continuously track the progress of student applications, addressing any issues and collaborating with teams to resolve challenges and keep the process on track.
5. Represent Student Needs: Act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring their needs, goals, and concerns are effectively communicated and addressed within the organization.
Key Qualities:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop trusted relationships with students.
2. Familiarity with university admissions processes, application procedures, and visa requirements for study abroad programs.

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Relevant Experience: Proven experience in student counseling, higher education advising, or a related role (1-3 years preferred).
3. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using student management systems, databases, and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).
4. Familiarity with online tools and platforms used in the application and admission process (e.g., UCAS, Common App, university portals).
5. Professionalism: A strong work ethic, with a commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring the best possible outcomes for students.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,00,000 /year
