Study Abroad Counselor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead will be assigned to you through our CRM system
2. Connect with students, gather detailed academic information, and inform them about our services
3. Log all interactions and updates in the CRM after every call to maintain accurate records
4. Conduct timely follow-ups and schedule meetings with experts for further guidance
5. Take full responsibility for each lead to ensure successful closures

Selection Procedure:

1. Audio Assignment: Submit a voice recording to assess communication and counseling skills
2. Telephonic Round: A detailed discussion to evaluate your experience, expertise, and suitability for the role
3. Interview Round: Final in-person interview at our Noida office to discuss the role, expectations, and next steps
