Job Overview

We are looking Mid-Level Supervisor - Machine Shop position with 4 to 6 years of experience at out client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana) with Competitive salary range.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee machine shop operations i.e. CNC, VMC, Milling etc.
Manage and lead a team of machine operators
Manage the team of around 40 operators.
Have to manage the Machine i.e. CNC, VMC programming.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine repairs and maintenance
Optimize production processes for efficiency and productivity

Qualifications and Skills

Required 4-6 years of experience in machine shop supervision
Strong understanding of machine operations and tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures
Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
