Supplier Relations And Sales Assistant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Effectively communicate with suppliers to facilitate smooth operations
2. Coordinate with printers, embroidery workers, and other specialized vendors for product customization and sample creation
3. Follow up with vendors for prompt sampling, negotiate rates, and ensure timely deliveries
4. Assist the sales team in arranging and organizing meetings with prospective clients
5. Accompany the sales manager to client meetings and presentations
6. Support product customization efforts by liaising with suppliers and vendors as necessary
7. Follow up with customers for timely payments and ensure collections are made promptly
8. Prepare quotations for clients and assist in generating Proforma invoices and purchase orders
