As a Supply Chain Executive at Aroka, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of our products from suppliers to customers. You will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries to our customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
2. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of materials and products.
3. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time deliveries.
4. Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
5. Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
6. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the products meet Aroka's quality standards.
7. Logistics Management: Oversee transportation and distribution operations, optimizing routes and carriers for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, orders, and inventory.
9. Payment Reconciliation: Ensure accurate handling of both cash-on-delivery (COD) and prepaid payments. This involves:
a. Verifying that payments match the order amounts.
b. Recording and reconciling payments with sales records.
c. Coordinating with the financial team to handle any discrepancies, refunds, or adjustments related to payments.
10. Order Status Tracking and Reconciliation: Monitor and track the status of orders, including on-time deliveries, delays, cancellations, and any delivery errors. Maintain records to identify trends and improve order fulfillment processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in supply chain management or a related role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
6. Knowledge of ethical and sustainable supply chain practices is a plus.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
