1. Lead and manage the procurement process and supply-chain for hardware development projects.
2. Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective component sourcing.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and vendors, to understand procurement requirements.
4. Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
5. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, technologies, and cost-saving opportunities.
6. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
7. Analyze procurement data and generate reports to track and evaluate supplier performance, cost savings, and process efficiency.
8. Work closely with the hardware engineering team to align procurement activities with project timelines and requirements.
9. Resolve procurement-related issues and address any concerns or delays.
10. Continuously improve procurement processes and implement best practices.
11. Organise and implement up-to-date inventory management
12. Visits to vendors and distributors to drop-off and pick-up parcels.
Must-Have Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hardware industry.
2. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
3. Familiarity with hardware components, their specifications, and sourcing channels.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM with the ability to take meetings during late evenings and early mornings occasionally.

Available for a full-time (in-office) position.
Immediate availability.
An initial probationary period of 1 month, and based on performance during this period, candidates can be converted to full-time employees.
