We, at Aliens, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic IT managers part of our Information Technology team with 2 to 4 years of strong professional experience in IT and systems profile across organizations and industries, particularly in the IT infrastructure profile. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high-performing IT Infrastructure 24*7. S/he will be required to deal with all aspects of IT operations and be the solution architect with respect to all the network and security issues within the stipulated budget. The incumbent would work in a high-paced team environment with multiple team members. S/he would be based in Hyderabad and would report to the Head-Information Technology.
Key responsibilities:
1. Establishing a sound IT infrastructure that enables effective performance and ensuring the organization's shift toward digital infrastructure
2. Ensuring high performing and 24*7 up-and-running mail server, cloud processor, and sufficient storage facilities
3. Ensuring all networking channels are performing at optimum levels-near zero downtime
4. Taking care of all the backups and ensuring a safe and secure repository of Outlook backups
5. Ensuring bandwidth monitoring and measuring bandwidth usage by user, device, and apps
6. Ensuring All the relevant software updates and hardware upgrades happen in real time
7. Ensuring seamless and uninterrupted IT management in the organization and being responsible for all the new technology implementation end-to-end
8. Providing 7x12 infrastructure, services, and product support on-call coverage
9. Handling all the network issues concerning our staff and providing quick resolutions
10. Bringing in transformative IT disruptions to optimize performance at the workplace
Requirements:
1. B. Tech/B.E. in IT specialization, certifications such as CTI, would be an added advantage
2. Proven experience as an IT executive for at least 2+years across the industry
3. Experience with Tally, cloud technologies and concerned architectures, Office 365, software updates, hardware upgrades, backups, etc.
4. Data-driven, structured problem solver, excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal), independent problem solver, highly accurate, and detail-oriented
