Job Summary:
National Aircon is seeking a skilled System Administrator/IT Coordinator to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT environment, ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems, networks, and software applications. They will support daily operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve our IT systems' efficiency and security.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems, including hardware and software.
Network Management: Monitor and maintain the companys network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Security: Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, antivirus solutions, and backup procedures to protect the companys data and systems.
Software Management: Manage software installations, updates, and license compliance, ensuring all applications are up to date and functioning correctly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, system configurations, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve IT-related issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for hardware purchases, software licensing, and outsourced services.
Training: Conduct training sessions for staff to improve their knowledge of software applications and IT best practices.
Project Management: Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
