Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT systems, software applications, and technology solutions.
Design and develop system architecture, software design, and integration solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct system analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions are implemented according to specifications and meet quality standards.
Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT systems, software applications, and technology solutions to identify and resolve issues.
Provide technical guidance, support, and training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in system analysis, software design, and integration.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, and technical design principles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# and experience with software development tools and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
