Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the lead/client servicing/manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
2. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, and hire
3. Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards
4. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation to close joiners
5. Utilize innovative ways to engage/drive a larger talent pipeline
Who can apply:
1. 6 months to 2 years experience in recruitment or human resources
2. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
3. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
4. Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and various ATS
5. Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
