Monthly Recruitment Needs: Gather and assess the recruitment needs of each department on a monthly basis.
Diverse Sourcing: Broaden our recruitment channels to include various online platforms and niche networks, in addition to job boards.
Candidate Screening: Evaluate applicant qualifications through screening calls, ensuring alignment with our requirements.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and follow up on interviews to maintain a smooth recruitment process.
Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
