Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Proactively search for active and passive candidates to build a strong pool of talent.
Develop and maintain a talent database for future hiring needs.
Screening and Assessment:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that match the job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability, experience, and qualifications.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, either in-person or through video conferencing.
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide necessary interview details and guidance to both parties.
Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to aid in the decision-making process.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and the progress of the recruitment process.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
Assist in the negotiation of job offers with selected candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
