1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for open positions
3. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews to identify qualified candidates for open positions
4. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience
6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires as needed
7. Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages when necessary
8. Partner with HR team members to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the organization
