Job Description

Recruitment & Selection
Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates while optimizing cost
Oversee all stages recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Implement cost- effective recruiting methods while adhering to budgetary constraints and salary guidelines
Keep track of recruitment metrics and data to analyse the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Coordinate and conduct orientation programs to integrate new employees into the organization smoothly.
Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement in the on boarding process and address any concerns they may have
