Position Title: Recruitment Manager
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Relocation from South India Required)

Job brief:
Leadership: Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment targets.
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in India, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Industry Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry to source and place top talent.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activities and team performance.
Team Development: Mentor and develop junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with a strong focus on the oil and gas industry.
Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
