This person will have to coordinate with the director and take care of the HR operation of Hiring Heads as well as client place (whenever required).
Key responsibilities:
1. Working as an HR generalist
2. Taking care of internal recruitment
3. Managing employee joining & leaving formalities, joining formalities, and exit formalities
4. Preparing monthly attendance reports of all the clients & maintaining leave records
5. Preparing salary and looking after compliance
6. Preparing MIS and PMS reports of all employee
7. Working on administration
8. Managing vendors
9. Handling Pan India administrative roles
10. Keeping and filing employee records
11. Maintaining employee database
12. Working on employee engagement activities
13. Taking care of employee engagement activities
BE/MBA with effective communication in English will be preferable
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
