Talent Acquisition Specialist - HR Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying staffing requirements of the organization, forecasting and planning the hiring
2. Acquiring potential candidates through various online and offline channels
3. Screening job applications and conducting preliminary interviews using reliable tools
4. Scheduling final interviews and ensuring follow-up till final joining
5. Coordinating with the interviewing panel and keeping track of the applicant's progress
6. Ensuring timely offer roll-out by conducting salary negotiations and offer finalization with selected candidates
7. Conducting joining formalities and proper documentation of selected candidates
8. Forming a professional rapport with past applicants and potential candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience
9. Developing a strong pipeline of high-caliber talent for all current and anticipated demands

Required:

1. Only MBA/PGDM or equivalent graduates or B.tech graduates are preferred. Excellent academic record with 80% or more in at least one board examination or higher
2. Undergraduate and Post-graduate (if applicable) from NIRF-ranked campus
3. Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components, including effective sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, salary trends, negotiation, and relationship management
4. Great interpersonal, communication skills and stakeholder management to facilitate smooth interaction
