Talent Acquisition Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Non-IT roles.
2. Source candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
3. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
5. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

1. Must have recruitment experience IT or Non-IT
2. Consultancy firm background
3. Good communication skills
4. Salary 15k to 25k (No bar for skilled candidates)
5. Looking for nearby candidates
6. 5.5 days working (Alternative Saturday off)
