Key responsibilities:

1. We are looking for someone who can help us with hiring non-tech roles in sales, marketing, ecommerce operations and somewhat of tech.
2. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience.
3. We are looking for someone who is a hunter and enjoys sourcing candidates.
4. Someone who can own end-end hiring from sourcing, screening, offering and joining.
5. Someone who has very crisp written and verbal communication skills.
6. People with past Ecommerce/D2C sector hiring experience would be preferred.
