Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Taleo Specialist to join our team on a Contract-To-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience and will be based either in Hyderabad or Bangalore Urban. This role involves advanced Taleo Configuration and Recruitment Process management.

Qualifications and Skills
Extensive experience in Taleo Configuration, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience (Mandatory skill)
Deep understanding of the Recruitment Process, including best practices and compliance (Mandatory skill)
Proficiency in Asset Integrity Management (AIM) for maintaining the reliability and safety of recruitment systems (Mandatory skill)
Hands-on experience with implementing Taleo solutions and aligning them with business objectives
Solid grasp of HCM principles and how they integrate with Taleo modules
Expertise in Taleo Recruitment functionalities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview management
Experience in Taleo Onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making in HR operations

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and customization of Taleo solutions to fit the specific needs of the organization
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with HR policies
Oversee Asset Integrity Management to maintain the reliability and performance of Taleo systems
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new Taleo features and updates
Provide support and training to HR staff on the use of Taleo modules for recruitment and onboarding
Analyze recruitment data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
Ensure seamless onboarding of new hires by utilizing Taleo's onboard functionalities effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Taleo and recruitment systems
