Key responsibilities:

1. Install and troubleshoot Tally ERP software at the client site
2. Conduct user training sessions
3. Understand customer queries
4. Create customized reports according to customers' requirements
5. Provide customer support through physical visits, remote access, and/or phone calls
6. Generate documentation and reports following company standards
7. Gather and analyze requirements

Probation:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
