1. Reconcile and analyze the property tax accounts versus the general ledger and budget forecasts
2. Help develop and oversee the implementation of tactics and strategies
3. Identify and pursue property tax savings opportunities
4. Research, produce, monitor, and analyze property tax rules, regulations, and legislation proactively
5. Assist in the development of process and policy specifications
6. Negotiate and agree valuation issues with various local and state governmental agencies
7. Contribute to the identification and formulation of strategic objectives specific to property tax
8. Develop and utilize peer group network
9. Lead the daily activities and workflow of assigned employees
