Teacher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming learning environment for preschool and school-aged children (3-13 years old)
2. Train and familiarize yourself with the B4K curriculum to ensure engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
3. Develop a basic understanding and interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM)
4. Facilitate group sessions and one-on-one activities, including planning and conducting workshops and in-school programs
5. Deliver high-quality child care experiences for both children and their families
6. Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills
7. Adapt to flexible work hours and travel locally for workshops or events
8. Collaborate with teammates and adjust to various situations
9. Maintain confidentiality regarding families, children, and staff
10. Track student progress, create reports, and provide timely feedback
