Key responsibilities:

1. Provide students with individualized attention while fostering an interactive learning environment.
2. Practice interactive teaching methodologies through various tools and techniques that focus on student engagement.
3. Provide additional teaching support for late bloomers.
4. Assign homework, tests, quizzes, and other assessments.
5. Prepare reports summarizing students' progress and evaluating their performance.
6. Should be conversant with the syllabus and implement appropriate lesson plans.
7. Assist in the development of new programs, curricula, and materials based on changing education requirements.
8. Create and conduct lab and in-class learning activities.
