Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
2. Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with state and national standards
3. Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners
4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and character development
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and involve them in their child's education
