The candidates will be selected with the designation of empowered teacher cum mentor.
Key responsibilities:
1. Addressing & mentoring students from classes VI-XII
2. Teaching extra-curricular topics
3. Teaching, addressing, and mentoring students on topics like teamwork, effective communication, creativity, innovation, etc.
Note: The teaching & study material would be provided to them, they just need to execute in the class
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Kolkata
1. The candidate should have excellent communication skills
2. The candidate should be able to handle students
3. The candidate should be calm and composed
4. The candidate should be presentable
5. B.Ed would be an added advantage otherwise should be talented enough to do the job
