About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
2. Provide strong leadership to the teaching and administrative staff, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment for children
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on their child's progress
Organise and conduct parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and other events to foster a collaborative learning community
Engage with the local community and establish partnerships that enhance the preschool's offerings and reputation

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) Manpower Planning Teaching

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Learn Manpower Planning

Learn Engineering Drawing

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Balasore, Bhadradri Kothagudem and neighboring cities
